Welcome to Desert Rose Sourdough - Artisan Sourdough

An Artisan Sourdough company specializing in dye free, nut free and vegan friendly baked goods

Welcome, dearest reader,

to Desert Rose Sourdough.

Born of wild yeast, dry winds,

and flour kissed by sun.

Our handcrafted sourdough and vegan friendly baked goods

are slow-made, fire-baked, and full of spirit.

We are the keepers of crust and crumb,

fermenters of time,

and tenders of the hearth's warmth.

It carries the story of the high desert-

Quiet, strong, and blooming in its own time.

With a voice shaped like the loaves we bake-Slow,

warm and touched by the old ways.

It is part storytelling, part folklore and satire,

And wholly rooted in care.

In this humble space of flour and folklore,

the artisan doughs ferment slow,

the moon keeps time,

and every crumb carries a tale.

Whether thou readest with a

chuckle, a smile, or a sigh of comfort-

all are welcome at the hearth.

Our craft is both simple and sacred:

Wild leaven kept slow,

grains tended to with reverence,

And hands both steady and true.

Each handcrafted sourdough we bring forth bears the warmth of the fire

And the spirit of careful stewardship-

Tending well the land, the body and the soul.

We are more than bakers-

Humble keepers of an ancient craft.

With patient hands, steady hearts,

we tend the sacred union of grain and water,

Turning simple gifts of the earth

into baked goods that nourish.

Oven tales told in crust and crumble-

Ready for you at your local farmstead shop.

Fresh from our hearth to your hands.

May the ovens burn steady

and the loaves rise full,

Carrying the warmth

and wonder to each home

through the turning of the seasons.

Thank you for welcoming

our bread to your table.

We, the bakers of wild loaves

and gentle satire, express our

Deepest gratitude for your

presence and patronage.

In flour and folklore,

your hearth mother

Lady Embergrain
